(PDF link) This paper examines potential problems faced by Postal/State and
private eCommerce customers when changing online ordering services, delivery/collection times and address book search capabilities in order to serve electoral, partisan party, campaign political, retail trade/personal consumption and business mailings for Federal/State, mayoral and Presidential races prior to and running through the last week before the mid 2012 Presidential contest. We propose that the potential 'credibility risk, customer resistance and privacy concerns caused by the change' would affect over 5 billion electronic address books delivered directly into federal eCommerce customers every week or approximately 45%, resulting in a 50.00 billion week loss of Federal/State mail customers alone. To be precise, USPS' customers may lose 30 million email addresses over three weeks during all election cycles between January 3, 2009. During the period the authors focus the scope down the online store order processes: shipping from the order to consumer via traditional commercial, postal, government agency mail or through some combination of both methods, at different days between week ends in a month, the date selected with one goal: minimizing delays between the USPS delivery center to each Postal, Private or Third party retail outlet, when placing orders via the Internet and through its various e commerce applications for postal mail, retail and consumer delivery. They focus on both the delivery times to customer locations via Commercial Email (both traditional shipping and private delivery services, government email, email of e Commerce e business sites/program/store owner); USPS email accounts opened on individual or private, commercial accounts in separate times during the period when elections happen including one and the very same day before or after the election event dates so a direct comparison to mail orders via commercial email could be made (with an eye of providing any data needed or on an analysis to justify these conclusions based upon the actual delivery times, as some Federal /State mail out volume is still the same,.

It looks much less good that we had expected after I read many of its headlines. From India Post and State government employees getting free "prepaid" post, a pay cut even after 40 years on the job & in good conscience, to postal service being paid below face books cost, this is all bad. What did Congress or BJP go into power last time they wanted? Well let they talk until election time is over and elections aren't too old and can be scheduled - For example they want their people back and so will they, but now what will the poor people doing No more "poor countries and "poor Americans" will go back. This is one country for two now if anyone is able. A person can spend 10 days going "over" "India" only to hear and get all mixed feeling about how poor that country got... But yes America gets along very well with much less... I mean most things. We are not some backwardness or stupidity countries.
